What Is VietJet Air Cancellation Policy?
If a passenger does not understand the cancellation rules of VietJet then, he/she should not go for the cancellation of the flight ticket. If anyone wants to get the full refund or the best possible refund then, the passenger must read the below-given VietJet Air Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Rules for Skyboss Fare & Skyboss Business Fare:
Passengers are allowed to cancel their flight ticket up to 3 hours before the actual departure of the flight time.
The refund will be in the form of a future travel reward called a credit shell and it will be valid for 2 years from the date of the flight ticket cancellation.
The cancellation fee will depend on the distance, duration, time, or other situations.
Cancellation rules for Air Deluxe & Eco Fare:
Passengers are permitted to cancel their flight ticket up to 24 hours before the departure of the flight time.
Under Eco fare class, the passenger will get the refund as a credit which will be valid for 6 months from the date of the flight ticket cancellation.
Passenger needs to pay around 2000 VND as cancellation charges if the 24 hours has been completed from the ticket purchase.
Domestic flight ticket holder needs to pay around 350 VND per person as a cancellation fee.
